How to create your first workspace

A workspace is your team's dedicated space in Convoe where all your communication, tasks, and calendar events live together.

Creating a new workspace

After signing up, you'll be prompted to create your first workspace. Give it a name that represents your team or organization—this could be your company name, department, or project name.

Workspace settings

Once created, you can customize your workspace:

  • Add a workspace icon or logo
  • Set the workspace description
  • Configure default notification settings
  • Choose who can invite new members

Multiple workspaces

You can be a member of multiple workspaces. This is useful if you work with different teams or clients. Switch between workspaces easily from the workspace selector in the sidebar.
