Convoe Pty Ltd is being registered, and this policy is being finalised with our lawyers. We will publish the final version, with the company’s ABN, address and full list of service providers, before any paid plan is charged.

Information we collect

We may collect account and profile details, content you choose to add to the service, support communications, transaction records, and technical information such as device, browser, IP address, access time, and feature usage. The public contact form collects the details you enter so we can respond.

How we use information

We use information to provide and support Convoe, secure accounts, respond to requests, administer payments where applicable, meet legal obligations, and improve the service. We do not include contact-form message content or email addresses in website analytics events.

Sharing and service providers

We may share information with providers that help us operate and support the service, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, or another party with your direction. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics choices

Optional public-website analytics remain disabled until you allow them. You can withdraw that choice at any time on the cookie policy page.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Access, correction, and complaints

To ask for access or correction, raise a privacy concern, or make another privacy request, email privacy@convoe.com. We will handle requests in line with applicable law.

Overseas processing

Some service providers, including the provider of our AI features, may process information outside Australia. We will list each provider and where it processes data in the final version of this policy.

We may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated date and provide additional notice where required.
