Convoe Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 July 2026

Owner action required before production: confirm the contracting legal entity, registration details, legal address, app-store publisher relationship, and complete product subprocessor list. This local draft does not invent them.

Who we are

This policy applies to Convoe, operated under the trading name Convoe by Convoe. Our stated location is Melbourne, VIC, Australia.

Information we collect

We may collect account and profile details, content you choose to add to the service, support communications, transaction records, and technical information such as device, browser, IP address, access time, and feature usage. Analytics choices

Optional public-website analytics remain disabled until you allow them. You can withdraw that choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Access, correction, and complaints

To ask for access or correction, raise a privacy concern, or make another privacy request, email privacy@convoe.com. We will handle requests in line with applicable law.

Overseas processing

Some service providers may process information outside Australia. The specific production subprocessor list and processing locations require owner and legal review before this policy is approved for deployment.
