What is free?+

A crew member using text project conversations, tasks and the commitments dashboard. The crew app is free and does not require a credit card.

What is an AI user?+

Someone on your team who uses Kai and the AI features. Each AI user’s plan includes a monthly AI allowance. Crew who only chat and confirm tasks stay free.

What is an active AI user?+

On Team / Site, you pay each month only for the people who used the AI features that month.

What happens if we run out of AI allowance?+

Every AI plan includes a monthly AI allowance. If you use it up, you can buy a top-up and keep going, or move to a bigger plan. We will publish each plan’s allowance and top-up price before paid plans are charged.

Is there a limit on projects?+

Projects are not billed. Run as many jobs as you like; you pay for the people who use AI.

What currency are prices in?+

All prices are in US dollars (USD), including for Australian customers. Any applicable taxes are shown before payment.

Can I cancel?+

Do field workers need paid accounts?+
