Welcome to Convoe! This guide will help you get up and running in just a few minutes.
Step 1: Sign up
Create your Convoe account using your phone number. You'll receive a verification code to confirm your identity. Once verified, you can set up your profile with your name and photo.
Step 2: Create or join a workspace
A workspace is your team's home in Convoe. You can create a new workspace for your team or join an existing one if you've been invited. Each workspace has its own channels, tasks, and calendar.
Step 3: Invite your team
Convoe works best with your whole team. Invite colleagues by sharing an invite link or entering their phone numbers directly. They'll receive an invitation to join your workspace.
Step 4: Set up your first channel
Channels are where your team communicates. Create channels for different projects, teams, or topics. Start with a #general channel for company-wide announcements and add more as needed.
Step 5: Create your first task
Tasks help you track work that needs to be done. Create a task, assign it to a team member, set a due date, and watch your productivity soar.

Kai is built into Convoe to help your team work smarter. Kai monitors your conversations and tasks, provides summaries, helps prioritize work, and can even suggest and schedule events based on your discussions.
