Founder perspective
Built by someone who has spent approximately 25 years dealing with the problem.
Dallas built Convoe from firsthand construction experience: instructions buried in messages, verbal directions remembered differently and open actions reconstructed after the work had already moved on.
The mistake seen repeatedly on site is not a failure to create another form. It is failing to capture ownership and timing while the instruction is still fresh. The phone call may solve the immediate issue, but the follow-up still needs to be recorded.
Convoe currently focuses on a narrow product loop it can demonstrate: text project conversation, task extraction, human confirmation, commitments and task status. Product gaps are disclosed instead of being presented as finished workflows.
