Convoe is bootstrapped in Melbourne, Australia. We're building the workspace we wished existed — one where your team's conversations automatically become tracked tasks, events, and assignments.
The problem we saw
We kept seeing the same pattern across construction companies, agencies, and growing teams: the real work gets discussed in WhatsApp groups, Slack channels, and email threads. But none of that turns into tracked tasks. Deadlines get mentioned casually and then forgotten. Material requests get buried. Client feedback disappears into inboxes.
The tools that exist — Asana, Monday, ClickUp — they're powerful. But they all require someone to manually create every task, set every deadline, make every assignment. That admin work doesn't get done when your team is on a construction site or in back-to-back client calls.
So we built Convoe. A workspace where the conversation is the project management. Our AI, Kai, watches your team's natural conversations and automatically creates tasks, schedules events, and assigns work. Zero manual data entry. Your team keeps talking. The work gets tracked.

We're pre-launch and bootstrapped. We'd rather be upfront about where we are than pretend to be something we're not.
Where we are now
Convoe is in early access. Our iOS app is awaiting Apple review. We're focused on two verticals where the problem is sharpest: construction and agencies.
We're bootstrapped, which means we answer to our users, not investors. Every feature we build comes from real conversations with builders, tradies, project managers, and agency owners who are frustrated with the status quo.
