Convoe Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 July 2026

Owner action required before production: these terms cannot identify the contracting party until the legal entity, registration, address, merchant, and publisher relationship are confirmed.

Agreement

These terms govern your use of Convoe. The intended contracting party is Convoe; the verified legal identity must be supplied before production.

Using Convoe

You must provide accurate account details, keep your credentials secure, use the service lawfully, and be authorised to provide any content you add. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use Convoe to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious content, gain unauthorised access, interfere with the service, harass others, or resell the service without written permission.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you provide. You give us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide and support the service.

Plans and payment

The crew app is free and AI plans are paid in USD. Store purchases may also be governed by the relevant app store’s billing terms. Final merchant identity requires owner confirmation.

Service changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Where practical and legally required, we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

Suspension and cancellation

You may stop using the service or cancel through the available account process. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or non-payment, subject to applicable law.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under Australian Consumer Law. Any additional limitations require final legal review for the confirmed contracting entity and customer markets.

Governing law

The intended governing law is Victoria, Australia, subject to mandatory laws that apply to you. This clause requires final legal review before production.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will publish the updated date. We will provide further notice of material changes where required.
