How to Manage Billing and Payment Methods for Your Convoe Subscription
Manage your payment methods and billing information in Convoe.
Accessing billing
Only workspace admins can access billing. Go to Workspace Settings → Billing to view and manage your subscription.
Payment methods
Convoe accepts:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Invoice billing for Enterprise customers
Updating payment method
Click "Payment Methods" in the Billing section to add, remove, or update your card. Your primary payment method is charged automatically each billing cycle.
Billing contacts
Add a billing contact email to receive invoices and payment notifications. This can be different from your account email—useful for accounting departments.
