Upgrade Your Plan: Add Members & Features

Upgrade your Convoe plan to unlock more features and add more team members.

Convoe plans: a free app, plus paid AI

• Free: unlimited members — chat, tasks, calendar and daily AI summaries, free forever
• Lite ($19 per AI user/month): full Kai AI — Workflows, bots, Tai and Maya
• Pro ($39 per AI user/month): premium document generation and the highest limits
• Team/Site ($12 per active user, pooled): AI for the whole crew, with admin spend caps

How to upgrade

Go to Workspace Settings → Billing → Change Plan. Select your new plan and enter payment details. Your upgrade takes effect immediately.

What happens when you upgrade

• Immediately access all features of your new plan
• You're charged a prorated amount for the current billing period
• Future invoices reflect your new plan

Team size changes

On the Pro plan, you're billed for the number of users in your workspace. Adding users increases your bill; removing users decreases it at the next billing cycle.
