- Free: Up to 5 team members, basic features
- Pro ($12/user/month): Unlimited members, full Kai AI access
- Enterprise: Custom pricing for large organizations
How to upgrade
Go to Workspace Settings → Billing → Change Plan. Select your new plan and enter payment details. Your upgrade takes effect immediately.
What happens when you upgrade
- Immediately access all features of your new plan
- You're charged a prorated amount for the current billing period
- Future invoices reflect your new plan
Team size changes
On the Pro plan, you're billed for the number of users in your workspace. Adding users increases your bill; removing users decreases it at the next billing cycle.
