Creating a project
Create a project for any initiative with multiple tasks. Click "New Project" in the Tasks section, give it a name and description, and start adding tasks.

Each project can have:
- A name and description
- Unlimited tasks
- Multiple team members
- Its own List and Calendar views

- Create one project per major initiative
- Use labels within projects for sub-categories
- Archive completed projects to keep your list clean
- Connect a chat channel to each project for discussions
Project + Channel connection
Link a channel to a project to keep tasks and conversations connected. Tasks created from that channel automatically belong to the project, and Kai can summarize project progress from both tasks and discussions.
