Convoe offers two ways to view your tasks, each suited for different workflows.
List view
List view shows your tasks in a traditional checklist format. Tasks are grouped by status (To Do, In Progress, Done) and can be sorted by due date, priority, or assignee.
List view is ideal for:
- Daily task management
- Seeing all tasks at a glance
- Quickly checking off completed items
- Filtering by specific criteria
Calendar view
Calendar view displays tasks on a calendar based on their due dates. This helps you visualize your workload over time and balance deadlines.
Calendar view is ideal for:
- Planning your week or month
- Identifying scheduling conflicts
- Balancing workload across time
- Seeing tasks alongside meetings
Switching views
Toggle between views using the view switcher at the top of the Tasks section. Your view preference is saved per project.
