Tasks in Convoe help you track work and keep your team accountable. Here's how to create and manage your first task.
Creating a task
There are several ways to create a task:
- Click the + button in the Tasks section
- Turn a chat message into a task by clicking the task icon
- Ask Kai to create a task from a conversation
Task details
When creating a task, you can add:
- Title: A clear description of what needs to be done
- Description: Additional details and context
- Assignee: Who's responsible for completing it
- Due date: When it needs to be done
- Priority: High, medium, or low
- Project: Which project it belongs to
Viewing your tasks
Convoe offers two views for your tasks: List view for a traditional checklist format, and Calendar view to see tasks alongside your schedule. Switch between views using the toggle at the top of the Tasks section.
Completing tasks
Click the checkbox next to a task to mark it complete. Completed tasks are moved to the "Done" section where you can review your team's accomplishments.
