Your profile is how teammates see you in Convoe. Keep it updated so people know who they're working with.
Updating your profile
Click your avatar in the top right corner and select "Profile" to edit your information.
Profile information
- Display name: How your name appears to others
- Profile photo: Help teammates recognize you
- Title/Role: Your job title or role
- Status: Let others know if you're available, busy, or away
- Phone number: Your verified phone number (used for login)
Status messages
Set a custom status to let your team know what you're up to. Common examples: "In a meeting", "Out sick", "On vacation until Monday", or "Focusing - slow to respond".
Privacy
Your profile is visible to all members of workspaces you belong to. Your phone number is only used for authentication and is not displayed to other users.
