Setting up notifications

Get started with notifications to stay in the loop with your team's activity.

Enabling notifications

When you first use Convoe, you'll be asked to allow notifications. We recommend enabling them so you don't miss important messages.

Desktop notifications

For desktop notifications, make sure:

  • Your browser allows notifications from Convoe
  • Your system notification settings allow browser notifications
  • Do Not Disturb is not enabled on your computer

Mobile notifications

Download the Convoe mobile app and sign in with your phone number. Notifications work even when the app is closed.

Troubleshooting

Not getting notifications? Check:

  • Notification permissions in your browser or device settings
  • Your Convoe notification preferences
  • That you haven't muted the channel or conversation
  • Your quiet hours settings
