Suggestion
AI identifies a possible instruction, action, question or project update. It remains a suggestion and can be ignored.
Confirmation
An authorised user checks wording, owner, due date, project and supporting evidence before confirming the work.
Source and edits
The record retains its source message and relevant evidence. Corrections and later changes remain distinguishable from the original suggestion.
Completion
Status and completion evidence are separate from creation. A responsible person decides when the work satisfies the project process.
