Using @to Mention Team Members in Convoe

Mentions help you get someone's attention, while notifications keep you informed about activity in Convoe.

Mentioning people

Type @ followed by someone's name to mention them. They'll receive a notification and the mention will be highlighted in the message.

Special mentions

• @here - Notifies everyone currently online in the channel
• @channel - Notifies all members of the channel
• @everyone - Notifies all workspace members (use sparingly!)

Notification settings

Customize how and when you receive notifications:

• All messages: Get notified for every message
• Mentions only: Only when you're @mentioned
• Nothing: Mute notifications (you can still check manually)

Do Not Disturb

Enable Do Not Disturb mode to pause notifications temporarily. You can set a schedule so notifications are automatically paused outside work hours.
