Control your privacy and how your information is used in Convoe.
Profile visibility
Your profile (name, photo, status) is visible to members of workspaces you belong to. Your phone number is never shared with other users.
Read receipts
Convoe shows when messages have been seen. You can disable read receipts if you prefer privacy, but note that you also won't see others' read receipts.
Online status
Your online/offline status is visible to teammates by default. You can choose to appear offline if you prefer not to share your status.
Kai and your data
Kai processes your conversations to provide summaries, suggestions, and task prioritization. Important privacy notes:
- Kai only accesses data within your workspace
- Your data is never used to train external AI models
- Kai respects channel permissions—it can't access private channels you're not in
