How to Cancel Your Convoe Subscription and What Happens Next

If Convoe isn't right for your team, you can cancel anytime.

How to cancel

Go to Workspace Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Only workspace admins can cancel.

What happens when you cancel

  • Your workspace continues until the end of your billing period
  • After that, your workspace becomes read-only
  • You can still access your data but can't add new content
  • Reactivate anytime by resubscribing

Downgrading instead

Consider downgrading to the Free plan instead of canceling. You'll keep access to Convoe with up to 5 team members and basic features.

Data retention

After cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days. During this time, you can reactivate your workspace with all data intact. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.
