How to Share Files in Convoe: A Step-by-Step Guide

Share files with your team directly in Convoe. Upload documents, images, and more to keep everything in one place.

Uploading files

There are several ways to share files:

• Drag and drop files into the message composer
• Click the attachment icon to browse your files
• Paste images directly from your clipboard

Supported file types

Convoe supports most common file types including:

• Documents: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Images: PNG, JPG, GIF, SVG
• Design files: Sketch, Figma exports
• Archives: ZIP, RAR
• And many more

File size limits

Individual files can be up to 100MB. For larger files, we recommend using a cloud storage service and sharing the link.

Finding shared files

All files shared in a channel can be found in the channel's Files tab. Use search to find specific files across your workspace.
